About

My practice is grounded in both science and spirit. I blend Eastern and Western traditions to uncover root causes and help people reclaim their health.

About Me

I grew up near the Canadian Rockies and have lived, studied, and worked in several countries. That global perspective continues to shape how I understand the connection between culture, biology, and everyday health.

After moving to Denmark in 2012, a family health challenge led me to look beyond "normal labs" and into nutrition and functional medicine. Through careful testing, food as medicine, and practical lifestyle changes, we discovered root causes and a path back to well-being.

Today I bring that experience to my practice. My work is evidence-informed, collaborative, and down to earth. I create simple, personalized programs that fit real life so progress is sustainable.

I care deeply about making health feel doable—not overwhelming. Clients describe my approach as warm, structured, and clear: we start where you are, focus on what matters most, and build momentum with changes that last.

My Approach

My approach is individual—every person arrives with a unique story. I build a program specifically for you and follow you throughout the process.

On the biological level I work to:

  • Find and remove any hindrances in your healing
  • Heal the body through supplementation and lifestyle changes
  • Reinstate a new normal in the body
  • Give tools to maintain the progress you've made

On a personal level:

  • I see you and acknowledge where you are on your journey
  • I provide tools to thrive with your new lifestyle changes
  • I support you throughout the process
  • I help guide you towards next steps
